Excavator overflow valve prone to high-frequency noise, mainly due to the performance of pilot valve instability, that is, the pilot valve front chamber pressure, high-frequency oscillation caused by vibration of the air generated by noise. The main causes are:
(1) the air is mixed with air in the oil tank, and the cavitation phenomenon is formed in the front of the pilot valve to cause high frequency noise. At this point, the air should be discharged in time and the outside air should be re entered.

(2) the needle valve is worn excessively during the use of the valve because of frequent opening, so that the needle valve cone and the valve seat can not be tightly closed, and the noise of the pilot flow is unstable and the pressure fluctuation is caused, and the noise should be repaired or replaced in time.
(3) pilot valve because of fatigue deformation of the spring, resulting in its unstable pressure regulating function, causing large fluctuations in pressure and noise, at this time should replace the spring.
